Reducing the spread of respiratory infections, including COVID-19

Face masks or coverings are optional when attending meetings. Visitors are welcome to wear face masks or coverings as a precaution and everyone should be considerate of those that choose to do so.
A limited number of printed copies of the agenda pack will be available on the day of the meeting. Please access the RBFRS website for a digital copy.Fire Authority meetings are recorded and made available on rbfrs website. Committee meetings are not recorded.

Note: Whilst Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire and Rescue Service continues to provide effective operational response arrangements, at this time, the service is limiting non-essential contact with the public to help control the spread of Coronavirus. In support of this, we have temporarily suspended public activities that involve 2 of more people in line with Government guidance, including Thames Valley Fire Control Joint Committee meeting on 23 March 2020. Subject to Government guidance, the next Thames Valley Fire Control Joint Committee will be held at 2pm at Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service HQ, Large Conference Room, Sterling Road, Kidlington OX5 2DU.
